TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Our staff is our pride. We have taken great pains to ensure that our teachers are adept in with the best teaching practice and trends. Well trained and highly committed, our staff members understand the importance of care and conscientious enrichment of young minds.

Grades LKG, UKG, I and II are looked after by two teachers – Mother Teacher and a co-teacher. Both the teachers work in co-operation with each other to provide the best care for the children. The constant support and guidance meted out to the students help towards nurturing them to form good habits and manners. The Co-Teachers aid the Mother Teacher in teaching, monitoring the class and looking after the needs of the young learners.

Our pre-primary section focuses on learning through the fusion of traditional Montessori with the advance techniques of play way method. The teaching pedagogy follows Activity based learning (Sand Art, Sponge Dabbing, Origami Craft, Handprint Activity). Digital, Audio-Visual aids support, teaching phonics and telling stories. Hand puppets are also used. The students enjoy indoor games. They are taught soft skills like table manners, social skills and etiquettes. The students are also educated about the crucial concept of “Good Touch & Bad Touch”

From grades III to VI there are class teachers as well as associate teachers. Grade VII to X have only class teachers. The Middle and High school’s pedagogical initiatives include learning through activities to support their textbook learning and make students inquire and absorb the contents of learning with clarity. Multi Assessment activities are held to assess their aptitudes in different areas and subjects. We emphasize a structured learning process, where the teacher facilitates, inspires and imparts a strong practical slant to the entire learning experience.
