IDPS Kakinada provides well-maintained vehicles. The school buses are equipped with comfortable seats, to ensure the safety of students while in transit. The school also employs trained and experienced drivers, who are knowledgeable about the routes and the traffic patterns, to ensure a smooth and safe journey for students.

Another important feature of the transportation facilities at IDPS is the well-planned and organized transportation routes. The school ensures that the students have proper access to transportation. The routes are designed to cover places in and around Kakinada up to 25 kms so,the students can get to and from school with ease.

Finally, the transportation facilities at IDPS are supported by a strong transportation management system. The school has a dedicated team of transportation coordinators who are responsible for ensuring that the transportation system runs smoothly and efficiently. They work closely with drivers and families to ensure that any transportation-related issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Bus Rules:

Subject to availability of seats, students may avail bus facility as per existing rules and fares.

1. Bus fees will have to be remitted along with the tuition fees.

2. The school does not entertain any change in the bus route to suit the individual’s convenience.

3. Bus facility will be charged for the whole academic session.

4. Students are expected to be on the right side of their bus stops along with escorting person at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus.

5. Buses will not wait for the late comers.

6. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless, directed by the transport in charge.

7. Objects of any kind must not be thrown inside or outside the bus.

8. Commuters are not allowed to change school buses or go by other means of transport without written permission from the Principal.

9. The driver’s attention must not be diverted for any reason. If any such case comes to notice, bus facility may be cancelled.

10. Indisciplinary behaviour is strictly prohibited. In such case bus service will be withdrawn immediately without prior intimation. Transportation fees are nonrefundable.

11. Students will be held responsible and fined for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.

12. A responsible person from the school is on duty in every vehicle with a mobile phone to keep connectivity with the school office.

13. Parents are requested not to enter the bus and disrupt the functioning of the transport.

All the problems related to bus will be strictly sorted out by the school authorities only.

14. Parent’s involvement is strictly prohibited.

15. Eating or littering in the buses is not permitted.
